Indó Has the Highest NPS in Iceland

The Neo-bank has the most favorable rating of any company in the country, for the second year in a row.

Net Promoter Score (NPS) is a widely used customer experience metric that measures loyalty and the likelihood of customers recommending a company’s product or service to others.

Every year the score is measured across multiple leading companies in different sectors in Iceland. This is the second year Indó has been measured and for the second year in a row it received the highest score across all sectors, with a score of 84.7, up from 84.4 last year.

Launched in 2023, the bank fast became a customer favorite. With no fees for customers, better interest rates and much better currency conversion rates, growth has been far beyond wildest expectations.

Indó currently has over 100k signed up users, over 25% of the population, with steady monthly growth.

Haraldur was is a lead investor in the bank as well as developing the brand and core product with the small but fierce in-house team.
